This position is responsible for providing on-site childcare to children ages 0-17 years while their family members are receiving services from the agency. The Bilingual FES will engage children in constructive activities while ensuring safety and confidentiality for each child. This position requires occasional management of the front desk.

Essential Functions

·         Engage children of all ages waiting in the Activity Center in constructive group and/or individual activities

·         Greet all clients, donors, volunteers, vendors, and team members and connect them with appropriate staff

·         Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve client/team/staff concerns

·         Ensure donations are received, documented, and distributed to the appropriate staff/place

·         Provide information on available services and ensure availability of resource materials in waiting/activity areas

·         Adhere to all CACNT security and procedural policies

·         Communicate any client concerns or needs with other staff to ensure high quality service

·         Ensure office and PPE supplies are available

·         Ensure that waiting spaces and activity center areas are clean, safe, and organized and adequately equipped with necessary supplies

·         Answer and transfer incoming calls, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and faxes

·         Schedule transportation services for clients

·         Enter services in database as appropriate

·         Participate in scheduled team meetings

·         Other duties as assigned

The Assistant Director of Client Services provides strategic, clinically informed, and operational leadership for the Family Advocacy and Comprehensive Case Management (CCM) programs. This role ensures consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed services for children and caregivers from initial engagement through long-term stabilization.

This position oversees staff supervision, program implementation, tiered case management integrity, and service delivery outcomes. The Assistant Director ensures that family engagement, protective capacity, abuse dynamics, and risk-informed decision-making guide all services.

Essential Functions:

Staff Supervision and Development:

• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and evaluation of Comprehensive Case Managers and Family Advocacy Interns.
• Conduct regular individual supervision and team meetings focused on case review, risk assessment, and service quality.
• Support staff development in:
• Caregiver engagement
• Stabilization planning
• Documentation standards
• Establish clear expectations and ensure accountability for performance, documentation, and follow-through.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff and interns.
• Address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

 Program Leadership:

• Provide oversight of Family Advocacy and CCM programming to ensure consistency and quality.
• Ensure service delivery reflects trauma-informed care, abuse dynamics, and risk-informed decision-making.

• Family Service Plans (FSPs)
• Tiered case management model
• Therapy waitlist stabilization
• Family support meetings for complex cases
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk cases.

• Collaborate with Clinical Services to ensure appropriate triage and coordination of care.
• Maintain fidelity to program structure and address service drift.

Program Operations:

• Oversee delivery of case management services, including:

This position’s primary job function is to perform forensic interviews of children. This position works with multiple agencies to assist in the investigation of severe child abuse cases, mainly in Denton, Wise, and Jack Counties. The person filling this position must have a working knowledge of investigative and prosecution procedures. The staff member must demonstrate excellent intrapersonal skills, the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and strong organizational skills. The staff member must demonstrate professionalism with clients, co-workers, team members and maintain composure and be able to make judicious decisions in high-stress situations.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate, schedule, and perform forensic interviews at the request of Child Protective Services, law enforcement, or the DA’s office of children ages 2 and older that are suspect of having been either sexually or severely physically abused or have witnessed a violent crime
• Document services provided to clients and to the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in case reviews
• Prepare for and provide court testimony as requested
• Maintain interview skills, including attending statewide and in-house peer review, observing forensic interviews conducted by other trained forensic interviewers, do self-critiques, and stay up to date on research, relevant issues, and best practice
• Maintain and manage forensic interview work product
• Partner with CAC Family Advocates for effective service delivery
• Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring after hours and holiday availability
