      <description><![CDATA[<div><span>Clinical Therapist (Part-Time)</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><i><span>&nbsp;</span>Pay starting at $29 per hour.&nbsp; Hourly rate is determined based on bilingual status and experience.&nbsp;</i></div><div><span><br></span></div><div><span>&nbsp;</span>The Part-Time Clinical Therapist provides trauma-focused, evidence-based therapeutic services to victims of abuse/trauma and their non-offending family members, working out of the Denton, Lewisville, and possibly Bridgeport offices.&nbsp; This role is expected to work 2 nights a week and manage a caseload of at least 11 clients per week within a part-time schedule.</div><div><br></div><div><b><span>&nbsp;</span>Essential Functions</b>&nbsp;<br><br></div><ul><li>Provide direct client services to child victims of sexual and serious physical abuse and their families using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, etc.).</li><li><span>Provide individual, play, group, filial, and/or family therapy.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Provide crisis intervention to clients.</span></li><li><span>Conduct basic diagnostic assessments.</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency, legal, and ethical standards.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including case managers, forensic interviewers, victim advocates, and law enforcement.</span></li><li><span>Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations.</span></li><li><span>Communicate regularly with caregivers and provide supportive services or referrals as needed.</span></li><li><span>Attend required trainings to maintain licensure and stay current on best practices for trauma therapy.</span></li><li><span>Maintain ethical and licensure standards of BHEC licensing board.</span></li><li><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><span><b>Travel</b></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><ul><li><span>&nbsp;This position is based in the Bridgeport, TX office and will require travel to the Jacksboro, TX office.&nbsp; The candidate must be willing to work at all offices (Bridgeport, Lewisville, and Denton) when agency needs arise.</span></li></ul><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><b>Education and Training<br><br></b></span></div><ul><li><span>Texas LPC or LMFT License required.</span></li></ul><div><span><br></span></div><div><span><b>Experience<br><br></b></span></div><ul><li><span>Minimum of 1 year of experience providing services at a Children’s Advocacy Center preferred</span></li><li><span>2 years of professional experience in services for abused children required</span></li><li><span>Thorough knowledge of child sexual/physical abuse dynamics required</span></li><li><span>Play, adolescent, family, &amp; group therapy experience&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of psychological assessment administration and interpretation&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Experience in court testimony preferred&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Trauma treatment modalities required</span></li><li><span>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</span></li></ul>]]></description>
